For more than three decades, Winning Ways has provided high-quality coaching services to clients in the Washington DC Metropolitan area and throughout the United States, and we are known for our focus on self-awareness, which increases an individual’s/team’s long-term ability to achieve professional excellence as well as becoming the standard in the field of coaching/professional development. To meet the increased demand for digital-based education, Winning Ways needs a digital delivery system that will allow us to provide our clients with online training at the same level of quality as we have traditionally provided through face-to-face training for over thirty years.
The purpose of this project is to design an innovative and easy to use coaching delivery system for our clients and for our internal coaching staff; this system will provide each client and staff with a customized pathway for learning, real-time availability for coaching appointments, tracking their progression towards their goals and providing our clients with the most up-to-date AI based tools for becoming more self-aware.
The Winning Ways Digital Ecosystem incorporates an interactive coaching module that comprises interactive client evaluations as well as protected client dashboards and reporting for professionals and clients alike. Coaching happens via video, with video coaching modules and digital worksheets support for clients as they develop habits can be provided through apps and automated habit trackers. The coaching app contains the entire training lifecycle, from training to assessment to providing real-time feedback to clients.
