EasyPeasy’s primary goal is to help every child have the best chance in life by helping families, caregivers and early years stakeholders improve the home environment for their child during their most critical early development period – age 0-5 – which is when approximately 90% of the brain is developing. The reasoning behind our theory of change is clear; that meaningful, playful and everyday interactions between children and caregivers, are the biggest contributor to children’s early learning.
In order to implement these findings, EasyPeasy created a mobile application that provides a customized list of activities that are relevant to the individual child’s age and development, based on the research collected by EasyPeasy. The backend of this application runs on HubSpot CMS Hub and HubSpot Marketing Automation to manage a content library with more than 200 topics as well as support parent and practitioner onboarding and engagement campaigns. Together, these capabilities function as one of the broader education technology solutions now shaping how early years content is delivered at scale.
Over 100,000 parents have benefited from receiving support from both the LEGO Foundation and Wellcome Trust through this online resource created in partnership with the UK Department for Education – providing sufficient evidence that the platform will significantly help the UK Government meet its goal of having at least 75% of all children aged five achieve ‘Good Level of Development’ by 2028.
