Project overview:

Re-Leased is a worldwide property management software that operates in the cloud and is intended for managing commercial, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use portfolios. The company has kept growing and growing their international presence, but their current website did not have the technical flexibility to provide personalized content for audiences worldwide.

They needed a fast, durable, and user-friendly website that would help them build their global presence, showcase their offerings, and enable the delivery of content in multiple languages.
Our task was to completely rebuild the Re-Leased website using HubSpot CMS, creating a modular, scalable, and easy-to-manage digital ecosystem for both their marketing team and global users. The project required more than just design and development—it needed a deeply integrated solution capable of IP-based content personalization, consistent brand identity, intelligent customer journey mapping, and localized content experiences.

The main aim was to enhance usability, increase lead generation, provide a quicker navigation experience, and make content fit the end user’s region automatically. This included creating global templates, creating components that rely on SEO, integrating Re-Leased’s platform functionality and supporting new market expansion into the UK, US, Australia, and New Zealand markets.

Re-Leased
The Problem

A major challenge involved handling multiple languages and regional communications. The site did not have the capacity to automatically push users to segments based on their location through their IP address. Site visitors from different locations were seeing generic content on the site, rather than seeing pricing, product features or case studies for their location.

The project kick-off identified the following challenges:

  • Backend Limitations for Marketing Teams: :The backend of the site was not built for marketing edits, creating problems for non-technical team members to change content, get landing pages created, and modify existing layouts without developer approval. There was not a modular design system in place, which increased developer burden and wasted time for marketing functions.
  • Inconsistent UX Patterns Across the Website Users were experiencing inconsistent UX patterns such as long navigation trails, unclear CTAs, and product information scattered across the interface. There was no consistent UX or information strategy, resulting in unnecessarily complex user journeys and decreasing lead generation.
  • Weak Integrations with HubSpot CRM and Automation There were not strong integrations with HubSpot CRM or automation. Lead capture forms were not connected to workflows properly, user activity was difficult to track, and analytics data were dispersed across multiple tools in a disaggregated form.
  • Need for a Modern, Conversion-Focused WebsiteRe-leased needed a new, modern website focused on conversion that included localization to support global reach, enhance user experience, and reduce the manual load on their content teams.

The Solution

Our team also rolled out a completely custom HubSpot CMS solution focused on performance, scale, and personalization. We rolled out a modular design system based upon custom-coded HubL component and React interactive modules that allowed them to easily edit content without any developer support.

To allow for location-based personalization, we embedded Geo-IP services that detect a user’s region and take the user to the appropriate language or country-specific page. This functionality also allowed us to localize the pricing, product features, and testimonials depending on where the user was located.

We designed a multilingual site architecture using HubDB and dynamic content models, so that all language versions could be managed with ease in one place. We used SEO-friendly templates, integrated schema, and optimized metadata to support global search visibility.
On the UI/UX side, we redesigned the whole website experience-improving navigation flow, reducing page load time, establishing hierarchy, and creating reusable sections across product, solution, and pricing pages. The design kept consistency while allowing flexibility for marketing campaigns.
We integrated several HubSpot APIs, which allowed us to simplify CRM connectivity, form submissions, analytics, and marketing automation. AWS Lambda functions were utilized for location-based rule processing, while GitHub workflows maintained smooth deployment and version control.
The result was a fast, scalable, data-driven website built for global engagement..
